As usual, staff and service were great. Not sure 2 hours was necessary for a wheel alignment but that's ok. The only other issue was an additional charge for "shop supplies"???

I called on Monday to see if I could get an oil change because I was going to a funeral in Cape Breton on Wednesday. The lady at the counter was able to get me in the very next day!! Not only was the service efficient, but super friendly!! Love my GMC!!!

I just traded my 2017 terrain for a 2020 terrain , This is the second vehicle i bought for Macdonald , Craig and Nash were A1 excellent service . Love the 2020 terrain . The only complaint I have is with the detailing of the vehicle . There was still dirt inside the vehicle ,strikes on the windows , found wrappers inside the vehicle , still a stan on the drivers seat . Even tho the vehicle is used I excepted to be clean ..I have sent 2 other people to Macdonald and they have ended up purchasing vehicles and they have the same complaint .. Fantastic team, got me in as soon as possible and fixed my truck perfectly with numerous faults and kept me advised throughout the day. I recently took my 2018 GMC to the MacDonald Buick GMC Service Department for some serious error feedback on the dashboard instrument cluster.
